A Legacy Name, A New Chapter

There are few figures in the superyacht tender industry whose name carries the weight and recognition of Mark Pascoe. A career spanning championship powerboat racing, world-class boatbuilding and the creation of more than 200 superyacht tenders has earned him a reputation that is unmatched in his field. In 2021, he channelled that lifetime of expertise into a bold new venture: Falcon Tenders. It is with great pride that he receives the Diamond Leadership Award 2026.

A Career Forged at the Highest Level

Mark's journey began at Southampton-based Cougar Marine, where he worked on some of the most celebrated high-performance powerboats in the world, including the world championship-winning Cougar US1 46. His personal success in Class-1 offshore racing, where he raced alongside eight-time world champion Steve Curtis MBE and ran the official Lamborghini race team, gave him an understanding of performance engineering that few in the industry can claim. The defining moment of his career came in 2005 when, as General Manager of Pascoe International, he oversaw the production of two custom tenders for the legendary superyacht Maltese Falcon. He went on to oversee the build of more than 200 superyacht tenders as Production Manager before founding Falcon Tenders in 2021.

Building Something Exceptional

Falcon Tenders operates from a 2,300 square metre custom composites manufacturing facility in Southampton, hand-building fully bespoke superyacht tenders from five to eighteen metres in collaboration with some of the world's most celebrated design studios, including Tim Heywood, David Weiss of Designova and Michael Leach Design. Every Falcon tender is built with hybrid electric propulsion as standard and is crafted using bio-based epoxy resins, reflecting a genuine commitment to leading on sustainability rather than simply responding to it. The business brings together over 150 years of combined heritage boatbuilding experience across its team, all hand-picked by Mark for their skill, dedication and shared standards of excellence.

Award-Winning and Industry-Defining

In just a few years, Falcon Tenders has rapidly established itself as a benchmark for bespoke, high-performance superyacht tenders. The business was named Tender of the Year at the 2025 BOAT International Design and Innovation Awards for Project KD, and has been welcomed into the British Superyacht community as a standard-bearer for British craftsmanship at the very highest level of the global superyacht market.
