knowledge, confidence and opportunities required to realise it. Christian Le Feuvre, founder

and lead instructor of Manchester’s Marble Academy for Drama, has built his career around

precisely that philosophy.

It is with great pleasure that we recognise Christian Le Feuvre with the Diamond

Leadership Award 2026, celebrating his longstanding contribution to the performing arts

and his commitment to developing aspiring actors into confident, capable and industry-aware performers.

A graduate of the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (L.A.M.D.A.), Christian brings almost four decades of professional experience to his work. His career has encompassed acting, writing and directing, with theatrical experience spanning works by Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde and Noël Coward alongside numerous other productions. Today, that extensive industry knowledge forms the foundation of the guidance he provides to the students who pass through Marble Academy.

Leadership That Creates Opportunity

Christian founded Marble Academy with a clear purpose: to provide serious aspiring actors

with training that extends beyond learning lines or performing scenes. Students develop

skills in areas including audition preparation, script analysis, character development, acting

for camera and emotionally truthful performance, while also gaining an understanding of the

realities of pursuing acting professionally.

Under Christian's leadership, Marble Academy has become a multi-award-winning drama

school and is officially recognised as a Spotlight registered training academy, allowing

eligible students to pursue Spotlight registration following the required period of training.

His influence also extends beyond weekly tuition. Marble Academy produces films, delivers

specialist workshops and hosts networking events connecting actors with directors,

filmmakers, producers, cinematographers and other industry professionals. It is an approach

that demonstrates Christian's determination not merely to teach his students, but to create

meaningful routes through which they can progress.

Creativity, Mentorship and an Enduring Passion

Christian continues to pursue his own creative ambitions alongside his work as a mentor. As

a writer and director, his short film The Hit secured first place at the Short Film Festival

Manchester 2024, while further film projects have continued to expand his work behind the

camera.
